Umandawa Sudu Kakulu String Hoppers Flour (250g) is made from 100% premium white kekulu haal (parboiled white rice), finely ground to create soft and fluffy string hoppers (idiyappam). Free from preservatives, additives, and artificial colorings, this gluten-free flour is easily digestible and suitable for all ages. Light and low in fat, it provides natural energy through carbohydrates, making it ideal for wholesome Sri Lankan breakfasts and balanced meals.
How to Use:
Mix with hot water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Shape using an idiyappa press onto string hopper mats and steam for 5–7 minutes until soft. Serve with coconut sambol, dhal curry, coconut milk, or lunu miris.
